There has been a major shift in recent years to how we provide education for infants and toddlers. We know infants and toddlers learn best from the people they know and trust. We know they are with their families all day long. This is why the shift to collaboration with the family provides the best outcomes. This 20 minute audio podcast style training will discuss this model briefly and how it differs from the old model of teacher/student. It will reinforce the importance of embedded coaching in the natural environment for best IFSP and goal outcomes for all early childhood education providers.
