Dr. Givona Sandiford, CCC-SLP, CAS, ATACP, SHRM-CP
Givona Sandiford, Ph.D., CCC-SLP is a prominent speech-language pathologist (SLP) with two decades of experience in the field and the founder of Melospeechâ„¢ Inc. She is also a member of ASHA's SIG 11 for Administration and Supervision and holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential, emphasizing her expertise in effective human resources management within clinical settings. Dr. Sandiford's leadership and supervisory skills are integral to her training programs, aiming to elevate standards and practices in speech therapy supervision. Dr. Givona Sandiford received no direct compensation for conducting this training. However, as the founder of Melospeechâ„¢ Inc. and the MeloSpeech Lab, she may indirectly benefit from the broader organizational exposure and potential business opportunities that arise from this engagement.
Deb Arroyo, M.Ed., M.S., SLP-L, CAS
Deborah Arroyo is an ASHA-certified, California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with eight years of experience, specializing in pediatric speech and language disorders, including autism. She is the founder of Talkativity Pediatric Speech Therapy Inc. in Redlands, where she is committed to improving communication skills in children. Deborah holds degrees from the University of Redlands, Azusa Pacific University, and Nova Southeastern University. Deborah Arroyo was compensated with a modest honorarium for her expert contributions to this training session
